All payment data is handled via our provider Stripe. Your payment details are NOT shared with Coffee and a Catfish directly, only through the secure Stripe payments. When you choose to sign up at Coffee and a Catfish, we only collect the data you provide. This includes the username and password you select. For extra security, we strongly advise that you NEVER use the same username/password combination for multiple sites.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only hold your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required for legal reasons. Where there is no ongoing business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information until deletion is possible.

At Coffee and a Catfish, we love being able to thank our loyal customers. The reward scheme, "Catfish Rewards" / "Club Catfish" allows our customers to earn loyalty points, exclusive discounts and monthly rewards through a tierred system from Bronze to Silver to Gold.

By signing up to Catfish Rewards / Club Catfish, you agree to receiving updates and exclusive deals via email from us. You also agree to the terms that only those permitted within each tier use the codes and offers provided, and that if you are found to be using codes that are not permitted to you, or sharing codes with those not permitted, you will be banned from accessing the rewards on the future.
