Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a full refund. Orders must then be returned to us within 14 additional days. As per UK law, you as the seller are required to cover the shipping cost for returning orders to us.

If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. Where possible we will always work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution; whether by refunding or replacing the affected item.

Please note that customised and personalised items are unable to be exchanged or refunded with the exception of certain circumstances.
