Shipping policy

UK DELIVERY:

Greeting Cards: Greeting cards are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail, I aim to send these orders out within 72 hours from you placing. Orders should arrive within 4-6 working days from dispatch, and standard delivery is FREE on orders over £40.

Wall Art & Stationery: All wall art prints and stationery are sent out tracked 48 with Royal Mail. I aim to send them within 48 hours and you should receive them in 2-4 working days.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

All items are sent by International Standard with Royal Mail, unless you upgrade to tracked and signed at checkout. You should receive your order within 14 working days from dispatch.

There may be customs charges and taxes applicable to your order, which you will be liable to pay for.

Postage to the US is calculated based on the weight of your order. Once you have added items to your basket, an accurate shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page. Sales tax and customs fees may be due after purchase.

 

DIGITAL PURCHASES:

Digital files will be sent out to the email address provided to me immediately after purchasing. The exception of this is personalised products, which I request 72 hours to complete. If you require your custom digital files sooner, contact me prior to purchase at mae@coffeeandacatfish.com where I can offer alternative options.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Coffee and a Catfish is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail services. We retain postal information with proof of postage dates ONLY on tracked orders. If you require further information on this, please reach out to us by emailing mae@coffeeandacatfish.com
