You will receive three PNGs of our designs, in various sizes:
A3 (29.7 x 42cm) - can also be printed as A4, A5 or A6.
16 x 20 inches (4:5 ratio) - can also be printed as 8 x 10 inches, 12 x 15 inches and 24 x 30 inches.
11 x 14 inches (11:14 ratio) - can also be printed as 5.5 x 7 inches and 22 x 28 inches.

Once you've purchased your designs, simply go to your purchase page online on a laptop/PC, tablet or mobile phone. Please note the Etsy app does not allow downloads, so you will need to access them via the internet. Once there, simply click "Download Files" and the artwork will be saved to your device. If you are having trouble viewing your images, let us know, as we are ALWAYS happy to help.

The best way to ensure your prints have the high quality finish they were designed to, we recommend using a high quality paper or card stock for printing. It can be confusing with all the options on offer, but we would highly recommend a minimum of 200gsm thickness. A few of our favourite cards to print on are art photo paper, glossy card stock and hammered textured card stock - using textured cards especially make your prints look a lot more expensive than they are!

Make sure you print on high quality settings, and correlate your printer settings with the paper type you have chosen - a quick Google search of your printer type should give you all the information you need. For example if you opted for glossy card stock, make sure to select the glossy printer setting! Getting confused? Pop us a message!
